Below you'll see several ways to work with me. I suggest first clicking HERE to fill out an introductory questionnaire and set up a free 15-minute discovery call. My nutritional therapy approach is a bio-individual, sustainable, functional approach to feeling your best and accomplishing your health goals. Just like dysfunction doesn't happen overnight, it won't resolve overnight either, so this is not a quick band-aid response. You'll be learning how your body works and what it needs to thrive. This process takes commitment and time, but if you stick to it, it is life-changing.

After booking a discovery call and getting to know one another, this is how we'd typically proceed:

How to work together

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Everyone starts here! This is a kick-off call that allows me to get to know you better, including things like your diet, health history, health goals, and nutrition status. This is not a one-off call, but an important introductory call after which lifestyle and diet adjustments, supplement recommendations, further follow-ups, and so on, can be made.

Includes:​

  • an all-encompassing 320 symptom questionnaire that gives you a unique view of your health status (incl. graphs to help you clearly see your bio-individual health burdens)

  • an in-depth review of your health history and potential nutrient deficiencies

  • overview of a 5-day food & mood journal + recommendations

  • (1) 60 minute virtual call

  • a follow-up email including a clear action plan with a detailed lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement recommendation forms

  • free resources on healthy snacks, sweet recipe ideas for healthy hormones, & how to build a hormone healthy plate

Investment: $200

+ $40 add on individualized 5-day meal plan ​tailored to your specific goals and preferences.

Routine check-ins in the form of follow up appointments are critical in 1) my ability to support you in accomplishing your goals and 2) in you actually being able to achieve what you've set out to do. The environment for dysfunction wasn't created overnight. Rome was not built in a day and neither is a wellnourishd body! It takes time, the bouncing off of ideas, encouragement to try new things, accountability, and walking with someone to whom you can ask questions, feel supported, and not be judged. 

For each of my initial consultations, I require at least 1 further follow-up call, but highly recommend a minimum of 2-4. For ongoing support, I would recommend a follow-up call once every 2-3 weeks to be able to check in, and make supplement, lifestyle, and diet edits to better accomplish your goals. For every 2 follow up calls booked, I will include a free additional retake and review of the 320 question symptom questionnaire to reassess your progress.

  • (1) 30 minute follow-up call 

  • for every 2 follow up calls purchased, a free symptom burden questionnaire is included to assess your progress + fine tune our strategies

  • additional Food & Mood Journals as needed

  • educational documents and other helpful resources on the foundations of health, hormone health, and more

  • messaging support via email

  • supplement recommendations & protocol

Investment: $50/follow-up call. Requirement of at least 1 follow-up session to be booked with the Initial Consultation.
